At Walmart, we're looking for a dedicated Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores are clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
  • Ensure all areas of the store are clean and free of debris, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $16 - $24 per hour.
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
