Role Overview:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role within our therapy teams, providing tailored services to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position involves delivering personalized therapy in a one-on-one format within a clinical environment.

Location:
This role will primarily support clients in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct one-on-one therapeutic care to clients in various settings, including home, school, clinic, and community, implementing behavioral treatment and instructional plans as directed by a BCBA.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.
- Assist clients during challenging behaviors by implementing their behavior support plans developed by the BCBA.
- Collaborate with the Behavior Analyst to maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and care plans.
- Complete session notes and timesheets according to company protocols and submit them promptly.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of instructional materials.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preferred: Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting is advantageous.
- Demonstrates integrity and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.

Physical requirements include the ability to move freely and frequently between seated and standing positions, as well as the capability to lift items up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
