Job Summary

NFI Industries is seeking a skilled CDL A Dedicated Local Reefer Driver to join our team in Williamsport, MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a late model automatic Freightliner/International/Volvo tractor-trailer combination on a dedicated local route.
  • Ensure safe and efficient transportation of refrigerated goods.
  • Meet or exceed all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable Class A commercial driving experience in a similar type/size vehicle with a safe driving record.
  • Must have a valid CDL A license from your state of residence.
  • Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen.
  • No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
  • Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Williamsport, MD or be willing to relocate for this position.
Benefits
  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,550-$1,650.
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly.
  • Sign-on bonus: $2,500.
  • Uncapped bonus programs: Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus, Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus, and Unlimited Driver Referral Bonus.

Work Environment
  • Home daily.
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Early AM Dispatch.
