Job Title: HR Generalist - Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment function, as well as other HR-related tasks.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, as well as managing the full-cycle recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top candidates
  • Managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including interviewing and onboarding
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Conducting candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks
  • Providing support to other HR-related tasks

Requirements:

  • HS diploma required
  • 3+ years of relevant recruitment experience required
  • Expert in Outlook and Excel
  • Adobe Sign experience

Salary Range: $22 - $24 hourly
