About the Role:
As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the flow of traffic, and being a resource to your teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including reservations and walk-up visitors.
- Use your knowledge to lead guests to the best possible experience, while keeping daily availability in mind.
- Manage the flow of traffic and be a resource to your teammates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or event support experience.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers.
- Skilled in carrying out simple instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Required to be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Required to work holidays, evenings, and weekends at various hours.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associates degree, or high school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of hospitality, customer service, or event support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in the wine industry.
