Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate operational data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Supply Chain, Methods, and Operations, to facilitate effective process improvements.
  • Engage with warehouse personnel to comprehend operational challenges and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technologies and systems to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Create and maintain process documentation to support future standardization efforts.
  • Support the Warehouse Transformation Team in implementing Schneider Production Standards aimed at minimizing waste, enhancing quality, and promoting continuous improvement and safety.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in the warehouse and production settings.
  • Help establish new warehouse picking and supermarket areas along with material routing deployment.
  • Participate in Smart Factory initiatives, including the preparation and implementation of smart tools like E-Kanban and E-Performance.
  • Develop standardized work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to responsibility and accountability.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills in English.
  • Proven track record of achieving results.
