Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and interior/exterior maintenance.
  • Operate and maintain the grade wastewater pretreatment system, including managing reports, records, and chemical supplies.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for building maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical services.
  • Provide support functions to sustain daily building and facilities infrastructure.
  • Participate in evening and weekend facilities coverage during off-shift emergency maintenance events.
  • Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the facility and wastewater pretreatment operations, including deionized water and reverse osmosis systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum MA grade industrial wastewater license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical facilities experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Able to learn new equipment and systems.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to take ownership of assignments with minimal guidance.
  • Technical expertise and judgment to investigate issues.
