• Participate in team morning meetings, ensuring a timely start to each clinical day.
• Provide exceptional patient care by maintaining a patient-friendly environment, including timely appointment management and personalized interactions.
• Develop relationships with patients and their families, demonstrating a genuine interest in their orthodontic journey.
• Assist in clinical procedures, including photographs, radiographs, impressions, and wire changes, while maintaining proficiency in orthodontic terminology and software.
• Efficiently manage the clinical chair, seeing 12-15 patients per day in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients and parents, providing clear instructions on orthodontic treatment, including expander instructions, adjustment to braces, oral hygiene, and retainer instructions.
• Contribute to instrument sterilization and work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the doctor.

• Dental x-ray certification is required.
