We are seeking Site Reliability Engineers to design and implement scenarios for our customers. These individuals will receive significant mentoring and coaching as they help prioritize and unblock work for our big government sovereign environments.

This position is part of an invitation-only virtual Interview Day process, where candidates will be considered for multiple like positions within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement code for products, services, or features, reusing applicable code, and writing maintainable and extensible code.
  • Apply knowledge of debugging tools, logs, telemetry, and other methods to proactively identify and reactively address issues before and after they occur.
  • Conduct retrospective debugging of solutions to identify root causes of problems and participate in code review processes for self-development and feedback.
  • Collaborate with others to create a clear plan for testing and ensuring quality of solutions and integrate automation into testing during planning where applicable.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Candidates must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including TS/SCI (with polygraph), and maintain the clearance throughout employment.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. In specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
