Maxim Healthcare Services LPN/LVN Job Openings

We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a LPN/LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomy tubes, and mechanical ventilators. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate care and excellent service to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
