Clinical Director

At USPI, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our Ambulatory Surgery Center team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the operating room and implementing process initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical department performance and patient satisfaction
- Assume responsibility for budgeting and resource allocation
- Plan and oversee all patient care and administrative operations
- Recruit and manage staff to ensure departmental needs are met
- Assign cases and create schedules for employees
- Assist in the operating room as needed
- Coordinate and supervise staff, providing constructive feedback and training opportunities
- Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
- Monitor compliance with legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards

Requirements:- Proven experience as a clinical director or other managerial position
- Current RN license required
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center is ideal
- Operating room RN experience required
- PACU experience preferred
- Experience in clinical supervision and program management
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
- Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
