Senior Data Analyst

6 Month Contract-to-Hire

$40-$60/Hr

$105K-115K Salary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our data team, you will have the opportunity to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to help our clients make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large data files from external partners and internal data architecture to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations that highlight key findings and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Refine and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Continuously improve data modeling and predictive analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, and/or Alteryx.
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years relevant work experience.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
