The Orthopaedic Center seeks a highly skilled Medical Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our orthopaedic care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Surgical first assist and assisting physicians with procedures
  • Conducting hospital consults, office/clinic patient evaluations, and education
  • Running a parallel clinic, administering injections and aspirations, and referring patients for diagnostic testing
  • Evaluating x-ray, CT scan, and MRI results, reviewing lab results, and casting/splinting in the clinic setting
  • Preparing pre- and post-operative H&Ps and follow-up appointments, writing prescriptions, and dictating reports
  • Maintaining computer literacy and utilizing electronic health records (EHR)
  • Participating in on-call duties and representing the Sports Medicine department at 4-5 football games each fall

To be successful in this role, you must be NCCPA-certified and possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

This position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
