Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, facilitating the sale and service of our residential glass products. Your role will involve close collaboration with our skilled glass installation technicians to ensure seamless scheduling and quoting for glass installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of Lee & Cates Glass, providing first-class service to our customers.
  • Deliver expert knowledge regarding our extensive range of products and services.
  • Manage order entry for work orders, purchase orders, and invoices efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Follow up on quotes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate job scheduling to optimize workflow.
  • Assist with collections and resolve any customer issues promptly.
  • Engage in sales activities to promote our offerings.
