About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts, facilities, and locations, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs
• Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
• Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
• Set up medical equipment and monitor its use
• Go over care options with residents and family members
• Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
• Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and medical condition histories
• Participate in investigations into incidents, ensuring accurate reporting
• Train and supervise nursing staff

Qualifications and Skills

• Current New Hampshire state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Completion of an approved nursing program
• Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
• Excellent organizational skills
