Therapeutic Coach

At Resources For Human Development, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Coach to join our team. As a Therapeutic Coach, you will play a vital role in providing strengths-based, clinical coaching to primary caregivers and individuals in their home setting.

The Therapeutic Coach will work closely with the START clinical team to identify positive, strengths-based, and culturally competent therapeutic strategies. You will provide coaching, support, and guidance to caregivers, monitor and document progress, and collaborate with the team to develop effective treatment plans.

• Implement START Therapeutic Coaching Manual services
• Collaborate with the START clinical team to develop therapeutic strategies
• Provide coaching and support to caregivers
• Monitor and document progress
• Assist individuals with daily activities and personal care
• Respond to individual safety needs
• Maintain professional boundaries and follow ethical guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• 2 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
• Ability to work with complex systems and an interest in the population
• Independent and organized with strong communication and writing skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass background checks
