As a key member of our logistics team, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our ranks. This exciting opportunity as a Merchandise Specialist - Non DOT Delivery Driver will involve ensuring that products are delivered efficiently to customers in the Hardeeville area.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a valid Class C/D driver's license meeting acceptable criteria, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities will include delivering products to customers based on scheduled routes, following accounts receivable guidelines when checking in orders, placing product in designated areas, and communicating issues or opportunities with the sales and delivery teams.

The successful candidate will be required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally more than 100 pounds using an electric pallet jack or cart. They will also need to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle or feel objects. The ability to climb or balance may be required at times.
  • Servicing customers assigned by ensuring all deliveries are properly worked, stocking designated shelves and displays, gathering shells/flats, pallets to be picked up, and damage or out of date product.
  • Communicating issues, problems, or opportunities with sales and delivery teams.
  • Adapting to changes in work assignments and supporting organizational restructuring efforts.
  • Auditing and pulling out-of-date or damaged products and rotating products to maintain the freshest product level possible regularly.
