We are seeking a skilled and friendly Deli Team Member to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe sales floor, and preparing and serving food products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and promoting products through suggestive selling.
- Prepare and serve food products, including slicing, wrapping, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and safe sales floor, including sweeping and mopping.
- Restock shelves and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
- Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
Working Conditions
This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
