Food Production Specialist

Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Food Production Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in the pantry, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
About the Role:This role involves setting up stations with necessary items to produce menu items per shift checklist, requisitioning any items needed before the end of the shift, and maintaining kitchen equipment in an acceptable sanitary condition.
Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare all items needed for service, including chopping vegetables, making sauces, and butchering meat.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen equipment and organize delivery.
- Team Support: Train new cooks and assist with special event and banquet functions.
- Experience: Six months to one year cooking/baking experience, with the ability to lift/move 50+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
