Regulatory Compliance and Strategic HR Partnership

Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in resolving complex employee relation issues, with a proven track record of supporting hospital/in-patient functions in a large healthcare entity. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, and serving as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in hospital units
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR processes at the client's side
  • Build strong business relationships with internal clients
  • Accountable for HR service delivery satisfaction to clients
  • Interact with coworkers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of Jefferson

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • SPHR or PHR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in resolving complex employee relation issues
  • Strong experience supporting hospital/in-patient functions in a large healthcare entity
