Orthotic Technician

We are a leading medical device manufacturing company specializing in biomechanically corrected foot orthotics and custom inserts.

You will be working closely with rubber, textiles, glues, and similar materials to create custom foot orthotics. Key responsibilities include:

• Scuffing, deburring, and polishing parts
• Troubleshooting and repairing defective equipment
• Performing routine preventative maintenance
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Responding to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A strong work ethic and ability to be at work consistently and on time
• Excellent organization and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• The ability to handle a physical workload
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a bonus
