We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at ProCare Therapy in the Denver, CO area.

Job Details
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 32.5 hours of work per week.
  • The successful candidate will be working with students on a 1:1 basis, and further details regarding the assignment will be discussed during an interview.
  • RBT Certification is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide behavioral support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other related conditions.
  2. To develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  3. To work collaboratively with teaching staff, psychologists, speech therapists, and other professionals as part of the multidisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
  • Current RBT Certification.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
