Job Title: Wellness Supervisor

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Wellness Supervisor to support our Veteran Affairs Operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a team of medical professionals and be responsible for ensuring the timely and quality completion of work according to clients' contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage processes and procedures to ensure timely and quality completion of work
  
• Oversee the team's performance in order to achieve operational goals of timeliness, quality, and customer service
  
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
  
• Analyze and report on operational statistics
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  
• 5 years total relevant experience; 2 of the 5 years must be supervising or leading teams or projects (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  
• Experience in an operations role within a healthcare setting
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and communicate effectively
