Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of business valuation models using Excel
  • Apply technical skills to research and analyze industry, transactional, and economic information
  • Participate in management interviews, either onsite or via teleconference
  • Assist in the drafting of business valuation reports using Word
  • Assist with mathematical testing related to quality control procedures
  • Deliver exceptional client service through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients
Requirements

Education and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall)
  • Desire or ability to sit for the CPA exam
  • Desire to obtain the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credentials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

New York City Pay Transparency

Pursuant to the pay transparency laws of New York State and other local ordinances within the state, including (but not limited to) New York City, the salary range displayed is for the New York markets. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.
