Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with shopping and ensuring a seamless checkout experience
  • Maintain store recovery standards, including merchandise recovery and maintenance
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Work Environment

  • Public retail store setting taking care of our customers
  • All public areas are climate controlled
  • Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled
  • Some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks

Estimated Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour based on location and experience.
