Job Summary

Walgreens is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a patient-centric role. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including the preparation and dispensing of medications
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate pharmacy systems, including the use of computer software and cash registers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and inventory management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Preferred: six months of experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math skills, and good computer skills
  • PTCB certification is preferred
