  • Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Assist servers and other staff members during busy periods.
  • Help with cleaning and resetting tables as required.
  • Express gratitude to guests for their visit and encourage their return.
  • Be flexible and ready to assist in various roles to support the restaurant's operations as directed.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Familiarity with service protocols and procedures.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
