Job Responsibilities
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team as Private Duty Nurses. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in the comfort of patients' homes, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans tailored to their unique needs and goals
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
* Monitor patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the healthcare team

Requirements
* Must be a licensed LPN/LVN in good standing in the state of employment
* Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days if applicable
* Current CPR certification with hands-on component – we can assist with obtaining this requirement if necessary
* TB skin test result current within the last 12 months
* Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
