Position Summary

Our licensed Mortgage Consultants are assigned leads from various channels utilizing state-of-the-art AI technology and marketing strategies. They engage with clients nationwide, building relationships, assessing financial situations, and recommending suitable mortgage products in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external licensed loan officers to manage warm transfers from our contact center.
  • Determine the best mortgage product for clients and lock in loans at the point of sale.
  • Work closely with designated underwriters and administrators to streamline the loan process.
  • Focus on new loan originations while processors handle the details of each loan.
Requirements
  • Valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
  • Preferred experience in Fair Housing regulations and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and mortgage processes
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday hours
  • Closed on Sundays and holidays
Compensation
  • Base salary plus commission structure
  • Signing bonuses for top performers
