About the Role

\Foster CM Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Denver, Colorado.\

As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional results to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.\
  • Collaborate with contractors and engineers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process.\
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and errors.\
  • Review and approve all submittals, including materials, equipment, and labor.\
  • Participate in construction meetings and provide input on project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.\
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decision-making.\
  • Work closely with the project manager to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.\
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their knowledge and skills.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve performance and service delivery.\
  • Physical Demands: Regularly travel to construction sites, sometimes involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting of light equipment (up to 50 pounds).\
  • Work Environment: Frequently work outdoors in varying weather conditions, potentially exposed to noise, dust, and other environmental hazards.\
  • Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, willingness to travel for short-term assignments, and ability to work flexible hours as needed.\\-

Foster CM Group, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
