Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, Pack, and Label Orders: Select, package, and label all daily Montce Swim e-commerce orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Quality Control: Follow quality control standards to ensure the accuracy of all orders prior to shipment.
  • Inventory Management: Process incoming goods and maintain a neat and organized stockroom.
  • Inventory Support: Assist inventory keyholders with processing new arrivals and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Gain product knowledge of all Montce Swim swimwear and accessories to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day and some holidays.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality and reliability.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry and/or lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience working in retail operations.
  • Product Knowledge: Interest and knowledge in swimwear and fashion.
  • Scheduling: Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm availability for scheduling.
