About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clean Utilities Technician to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of clean utilities systems and their operation in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain mechanical equipment used in a regulated manufacturing environment, including purified water, WFI, clean steam, and process compressed air systems.
  • Monitor daily utility system performance and perform routine walk-throughs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Support the maintenance and reliability of clean utilities systems, including equipment commissioning, qualification, and process validation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and contributing to a culture of safety excellence.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in clean utilities systems, regulated manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external contractors.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other software packages, such as SAP and Trackwise.
