At Vinfen, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Specialist to join our team of professionals who provide support to individuals with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions in residential settings.

About the Role:

The Residential Care Specialist will work together with the individuals we serve, their families, friends, and other support staff to promote their independence, quality of life, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injury or behavioral conditions in residential settings
  • Implement treatment plans and administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living and provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral conditions, and/or brain injury preferred
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Current, valid US driver's license and ability to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment
  • Ability to pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record check
