Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct assessments and provide treatment for individuals with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing challenges as directed by physician referrals.
2. Perform thorough evaluations based on physician referrals utilizing suitable assessment tools and methodologies.
3. Review patient histories for current diagnoses, previous medical conditions, and any relevant precautions.
4. Set measurable objectives and create a treatment plan aimed at helping patients achieve their highest potential in speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing skills.
5. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan, monitor patient progress towards goals, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
6. Communicate patient needs and advancements to the healthcare team, including physicians and family members, as appropriate.
7. Collaborate with medical professionals regarding patient evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge planning.
8. Maintain and submit documentation related to evaluations, treatments, and billing in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
9. Adhere to the standards outlined in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
10. Participate in internal training sessions and meetings; pursue continuing education as mandated by company policy to enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid and unrestricted state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support or CPR as per state regulations.
- At least one year of professional experience in the field.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation methods for complex neurological conditions is essential.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
