As a Meat Preservation Specialist at Redner's Markets, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our meat products. Your primary responsibility will be to wrap and package meat and related products as directed by company standards.
- Wrap, weigh, price, and label meats and related products accurately and efficiently.
- Order supplies for the department, including wrapping materials and labels, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
