Clinic Nurse Job Description

The CSKT Tribal Health Department is seeking a qualified Clinic Nurse to join our team. As a Clinic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Conduct health screenings and provide health education to patients.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Completion of a nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN or BSN).
• Current Montana State RN License.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification (preferred).
• Existing or new National Provider Number.
• Valid Drivers License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electronic health record applications.
• Experience with confidential departments.
• Knowledge of behavioral health software and documentation processes.

Salary Range:
ASN Level 1 - $30.90 to $35.52, ASN Level 2 - $31.47 to $36.17, ASN Level 3 - $32.58 to $37.45, ASN Level 4 - $33.23 to $38.19, BSN Level 1 - $33.82 to $38.87, BSN Level 2 - $34.34 to $39.47, BSN Level 3 - $35.77 to $41.11, BSN Level 4 - $36.46 to $41.91.

This is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test.
