Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Stability Direct. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all forms of respiratory care and treatment to patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications.
  • Monitor patients' oxygen saturation, end tidal CO2, and blood gas analysis to ensure effective therapy.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to modify therapy as needed.
  • Provide patient and family education on respiratory equipment and services.
  • Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a respiratory care department.
