This individual should possess strong knowledge of contract delivery methods, including design-build and design-bid-build contracts with TNDOT and Turnpike Enterprises. Additionally, they should have excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and a strong work ethic.

The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating complex transportation projects, including roadways, bridges, interchanges, mass transit, and tolling facilities. They will also assist in project estimating, budget creation, and maintain effective communication with both project teams and suppliers.

The successful candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management degree and must be located in Tennessee. They will also possess high work values, integrity, and ethical standards, as well as good organization skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
