Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CVOR Surgical Technologist to join our team at Infojini. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support during cardiovascular surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring a safe and efficient operating environment.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies, adhering to strict sterile protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during the surgical process.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including vital sign monitoring and documentation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Current certifications in BLS and CST (or equivalent).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EPIC charting system and other medical equipment.
  • Knowledge of Alaris, Pyxis, and Davinci XI systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
