Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at The Jill Biggs Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to determine their home wishlist and providing them with exceptional service to meet their needs and sell them a home.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist and provide personalized service to meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales and build strong relationships with clients
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a quick and easy closing process
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Provide exceptional service and advice to clients to nurture relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
