Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed clinical social worker to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. As a clinical therapist, you will work with clients to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, honesty, and quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Thriveworks team through active participation in team meetings and discussions
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Pennsylvania
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
