In this role, you'll be an integral part of our vision to improve patient outcomes. You'll have the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization behind you, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care. Our collaborative environment is guided by diversity and inclusion, driving towards the Quadruple Aim. We believe in empowering our physicians to excel in their careers and live their best lives at work and home.
This program offers a unique opportunity to enhance your final months of training while eliminating the burden of job searching. You'll learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model, growing exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings. Our experienced physicians will provide mentorship, easing your transition from training into practice. The customized program can be completed virtually and requires just a few hours of commitment per month. Out-of-state applicants are welcome to apply.
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in a challenging yet supportive environment that provides clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role. Additionally, we offer development opportunities for other roles you may be interested in.
Required qualifications include an M.D. or D.O., PGY3 or Chief Resident in a Medical Specialty, and a desire to practice outpatient care in one of the following areas post-residency: King County, Pierce County, Skagit County, Snohomish County, and Whatcom County.
