Job Title: Critical Care Unit RN

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Critical Care Unit RN to join our team in Presque Isle, Maine.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Unit RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a Critical Care Unit RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Active ME Critical Care- ICU license
  • 2+ years of Critical Care Unit experience
