Maintenance Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our team at Niemann Harvest Market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 per year

• We are a leading provider of fresh produce, meat, dairy, and baked goods in the community.
• This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cleaning and performing light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items, and fostering a positive work environment.
• We prioritize teamwork and collaboration, so you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• You will be required to stand for long periods, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, communicate with associates and customers, and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly.

Requirements:

• No prior experience or training is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
• You must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) are essential for this role.
• A valid driver's license is not required.
