Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a PRN provider. As a member of our team, you will conduct comprehensive health assessments, provide medical care, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and laboratory tests
  • Provide medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, case managers, and social workers
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
