Maintenance Planner

Del Monte Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at our Hanford site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work for the maintenance team, as well as coordinating with contractors and vendors.

• Plan and schedule maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to food safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage parts spend and forecast purchased maintenance spending.
• Assign and schedule preventative maintenance work orders and track emergency corrective work orders.
• Evaluate and enhance the preventative maintenance program, ensuring equipment is maintained at a satisfactory level.
• Coordinate with production schedulers, department leads, and outside contractors to accommodate and arrange work performed by the department.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable industry.
• Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP Inventory systems and CMMS or PM tracking systems.
