Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Care Advocate to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and attention.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication: You will communicate with patients via phone, email, and in-person, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions.
  • Data Management: You will manage and update patient data, including demographic information and medical history.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: You will analyze patient issues and develop solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; related experience and/or training is preferred.
  • You must meet any licensing requirements necessary for your specific location.
  • Computer entry experience is essential.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
