Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- 1 year of experience in Emergency Department or acute nursing preferred.
