Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. As a Geriatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Geriatric Nurse in a long-term care setting
  • Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse License
  • Current BLS Certification
