Program OverviewOur 2.5-year Underwriter Development Program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as a Production Underwriter. The program includes:
- Intensive technical and sales training
- On-the-job training and mentorship
- Attendance at industry conferences and seminars
- Active mentorship and accelerated on-the-job training
Upon completion of the program, Production Underwriters will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining a profitable book of business through sales and underwriting
- Prospecting for new business through relationship development and creative marketing strategies
- Staying up-to-date with new insurance company offers and leveraging them to drive sales
- Mentoring and training new team members
As a participant in the Underwriter Development Program, you will have access to:
